CARE’s surface area is 8,5 hectares, including 13 200m² dedicated to warehouses storage:

 

  • Warehouse n°1 - 8 cells of 450m² equiped with racks, each one dedicated to one risk (toxic, oxidize, flammable)
  • Warehouse n°2 - 5 cells of 1600m² to 3200m², equipped with racks, each one dedicated to flammable risk
  • PREPARATION AREA 700M²

CONTAINERS STORAGE AREA

 

  • Our containers storage area is regulated by a prefectural authorization
  • The area is equipped with thermal cameras
  • Storage capacity: 800 spots TEU (Twenty-foot Equivalent Unit) organized into 5 different rows according to the products classification (flammable, toxic, oxidize)
  • 12 spots dedicated to electrical containers (reefers) to maintain temperature control

TYPES OF STORED PRODUCTS

 

  • Hazardous products: toxic, oxidize, flammable, harmful, corrosive, irritant, dangerous for the environment, organic peroxide, wastes
  • ADR product : Class 2, 3, 4.1, 5.1, 6.1, 8, 9
  • No-hazardous products

CARE is specialised to store hazardous chemical products. It’s located in Le Havre which embodies the crossroads of the main shipping routes in all western Europe.
